Building rugged, scalable ground robots for mission-critical operations in hazardous environments.
Paradigm Robotics was founded from tragedy, shaped by fire, and is built to accomplish one mission: serving those who serve.
The story begins in 2013, when a tragic and devastating structure fire claimed the lives of five firefighters from the Houston Fire Department. This heartbreaking incident revealed the life-threatening risks firefighters face and the shocking lack of technology developed for them. It became the catalyst for designing a robotic solution to make search and rescue operations in burning buildings safer and more effective. Meetings with fire departments across the country confirmed a systemic failure: there were no robust, deployable robotic tools designed for hazardous environments. Paradigm Robotics was founded to change that: to build what didn't yet exist.
Fast forward over a decade, Paradigm Robotics is solving one of the most dangerous, overlooked, and pressing problems: how to get life-saving, mission critical information from environments that are too hazardous, too unpredictable, and too unforgiving for legacy robotics - without placing humans in harms way.
We're hiring engineers, founders, and operators to help us define the future of robotics for emergency response, public safety, defense, and industry. Join us to deploy robots at scale.
